Breakfast, lunch, and evening appetizers are included with your pass, as well as all coffee and beverages throughout the day. We will ask you for any special dietary requirements in the booking process and will do our best to accommodate these needs.Can I sponsor RoachFest?

There is, but it’s unfortunately sold out.Will there be a mother's room onsite?
Yes, we will have a mother’s room that has a locked door and refrigerator. If you have additional questions about this please contact events@cockroachlabs.com.What’s the COVID entrance policy at RoachFest?
While we won’t be requiring proof of COVID vaccinations or negative COVID results, we ask that all attendees use their best judgment to protect themselves and the other RoachFest attendees, particularly those traveling from out of state and outside of the United States. Please be sure to consider how you’re feeling leading up to the day of travel. If you feel unwell, have come in contact with a known contagion, or test positive/are diagnosed with a known disease, please do not travel to RoachFest. We kindly request that you test for COVID within 24 hours of your travel to RoachFest and follow all pre- and post-travel guidelines relevant to your point of origin. If you test positive, we ask that you not travel to New York or RoachFest.
We’ll continue to monitor applicable rules and regulations around Covid and take action accordingly at the time of the event. RoachFest organizers will be in touch if there are any material changes to this policy.
