What is RoachFest?
RoachFest is a two-day event in New York that joins together the most innovative minds in SaaS, finance, media, retail, and logistics to share how they’re solving their most pressing challenges — and building their most impressive apps.

Where is RoachFest?
We snagged a room with a view in the Big Apple. RoachFest is happening at Tribeca 360°, 10 Desbrosses Street in New York.How much are RoachFest tickets?
It depends on when you buy them! The sooner, the better. Passes cost $150 USD through June 14; $250 from June 15–August 3; and $350 from August 4–October 2.How do I submit a proposal to speak at RoachFest?
It’s easy. Please complete this form to submit your talk before Monday, June 5, 2023. We’ll notify speakers by June 23 whether or not their talk has been accepted.When will the RoachFest agenda be posted?

Breakfast, lunch, and evening appetizers are included with your pass, as well as all coffee and beverages throughout the day. We will ask you for any special dietary requirements in the booking process and will do our best to accommodate these needs.Can I sponsor RoachFest?

Cancellation policy: The hotel requires a 7-day cancellation policy on each individual reservation. Should you cancel within 7 days of arrival, a cancellation fee for room and taxes will be charged for one night of the reservation. If canceled within 24 hours, then all nights can be charged.
What’s the COVID entrance policy at RoachFest?
While we won’t be requiring proof of COVID vaccinations or negative COVID results, we ask that all attendees use their best judgment to protect themselves and the other RoachFest attendees, particularly those traveling from out of state and outside of the United States. Please be sure to consider how you’re feeling leading up to the day of travel. If you feel unwell, have come in contact with a known contagion, or test positive/are diagnosed with a known disease, please do not travel to RoachFest. We kindly request that you test for COVID within 24 hours of your travel to RoachFest and follow all pre- and post-travel guidelines relevant to your point of origin. If you test positive, we ask that you not travel to New York or RoachFest.
We’ll continue to monitor applicable rules and regulations around Covid and take action accordingly at the time of the event. RoachFest organizers will be in touch if there are any material changes to this policy.
